Radeimo operates in Lithuania and also provides its services remotely where this is appropriate for a particular project.
We process only the data necessary to respond to enquiries, communicate with you, provide a service, ensure the website functions properly, or pursue legitimate administrative purposes.
The purpose of data processing depends on what you are doing on the website: submitting an enquiry, browsing, accepting cookies or becoming a customer.
| Goal | Data | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Respond to an enquiry and get in touch | Contact details, message content, project information | Steps necessary to enter into a contract or a legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry |
| To provide services and manage cooperation | Contact details, correspondence, project details, invoicing information | Performance of the contract and legal obligation |
| Ensure the website’s functionality and security | Technical data, essential cookies, security logs | Legitimate interest and the technical provision of services |
| Analyse website traffic | Analytical cookies and aggregated usage data | Your consent |
| Send direct marketing communications | Contact details and consent information | Your consent or a legal basis permitted by law |
We only use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) once we have received your consent to the use of analytics cookies. Until such consent is given, or if it is refused, the Google Analytics code is not loaded. We track page views, visitor sources, device categories, clicks on enquiry buttons, the start of form completion and the successful submission of enquiries. GA4 receives technical usage data and a pseudonymous browser identifier; this data is not completely anonymous. We do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages or website addresses submitted via forms in our query events. Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled.
You can change or withdraw your consent in Cookie settings. If you withdraw analytics consent, GA4 cookies are removed and the page reloads to stop analytics. You can submit an enquiry without consenting to analytics. We process your enquiry details to reply and take steps before entering into a contract when you contact us about a service.
Complianz stores consent preferences and records of these in our website’s database. These are used to honour your preferences and to provide a basis for granting or withdrawing consent. This is a separate function from web analytics.
We use Sentry to investigate technical errors. PHP error reports may include the error type, file, line of code, stack trace and plugin versions. Request bodies, login cookies, authorisation headers and the logged-in user’s identity are excluded.
With your analytics consent, Sentry also collects browser errors, page speed metrics, browsing actions and masked session recordings. Form fields and contact popups are excluded. A pseudonymous session identifier is used, so this data is not completely anonymous. Browser diagnostics stop when you withdraw analytics consent.
Sentry diagnostic events and session recordings are stored in the selected EU region in Frankfurt. Some account and organisation metadata may be processed in the US. Further information is provided in Sentry’s Privacy Policy and in the data processing agreement. We use Better Stack to monitor the website’s availability and the status of scheduled tasks; we no longer send visitor sessions to it.
Further information about cookies, their categories and how to manage your preferences can be found on the page Cookie Policy.
Data is not sold. It may only be shared to the extent necessary to ensure the functioning of the website, communication, the provision of services, accounting or security.
You have the right to know what data is being processed about you, to request that it be rectified, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing, to have your data transferred to another controller, and to withdraw your consent where the processing is based on consent.
You can submit your request by email gvidas@radeimo.lt. We will provide a response in accordance with the procedure laid down in the relevant legislation. If you believe that your data is being processed incorrectly, you may contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
We do not use automated decisions on this website that could have legal or similarly significant consequences for you.
The Privacy Policy may be updated when the website’s features, the tools or services used, or legal requirements change. The latest version is always published on this page.
Essential cookies keep this website working. With your consent, Google Analytics measures traffic and Sentry helps investigate errors, page speed and browsing behaviour using masked session recordings. Sentry diagnostic data is stored in the EU. Form fields are excluded. You can decline and continue using the website, or change your choice in Cookie settings.
